Promoted into role in May 2011, The role entails budget control of a product support group Supporting 10 products across multiple sites for Euro fighter production and upgrade programmes as well as help desk support for repairs at 2nd line facilities (whether carried out by industry or national air forces). The main responsibility is to ensure all queries are answered in a timely manner with the assistance of the Engineering Project Manager. The role utilises my asset management skills. The role also entails reporting to senior managers on cost, schedule and risk and providing mitigation activities using existing budget & resources.
