In my role as a Business Analyst I continued my focus on client HRIS Integration implementations, and working on process improvements around our integrated solutions with clients. This included implementation of new configurable processes for Single Sign On and Automated File Processing which reduced these tasks from taking a week of IT developer time to taking minutes for a member of the team to implement. I was also assigned as the Project Manager of a large bespoke client project, working with stakeholders at activpayroll and the client on a regular basis. I have been involved with the setup of solutions surrounding UKGPro, Workday and Sage People connectors.
