A UCFB graduate who is now working for the FA in the IT department, my role involves scheduling the IPTV system around the venue for both major bowl and conferencing events. Alongside this, one of the aspects involves scheduling and controlling the facade on the front of the stadium to help advertise future events and show event day content. With over 1100 TVs on site and the number only increasing my ability to multitask and manage situations has only improved since taking on this role. Evaluating and reacting to issues and their severity.
Digital Display Specialist at The FA
In this role I have helped successfully deliver all IT requirements for events at Wembley Stadium. This includes events such as the FA Cup Final, NFL International Series and England Senior Mens Football games.
Employed as a crew trainer in 2010 and since then I have improved many skills which I was weak with before hand, these involve my customer interaction, team work and organisation. I have been required to juggle both academic and work related situations and have been successful in doing so.
This internship was gained through my university UCFB, and enabled me to gain an insight into how Wembley Stadium is run when events are upcoming.
