Starting in clinical operations and progressing to business development positions of increasing responsibility over 20 years, has an established skill set in strategic account management across numerous global pharma & biotech clients, including solution development/implementation, business growth and client relationship management. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding individual and team targets as well as leadership and development of others. In addition to my commercial leadership role, I currently serve as Board Member for Parexel Ireland, Norway, Finland and Sweden, as well as Country Manager for the Irish entity.
