Currently working as an Executive Project Manager for Central Interiors overseeing multiple projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as, pursuing my masters in Construction Engineering and Management part time at Columbia University. Prior to my employment at Central I was the Head Superintendent at the Chelsea Market for AMA's Design Build division. I was the Superintendent on the renovation of the ground floor kiosks which opened in January 2016, and then managed the Boiler Room Upgrade which was completed in November of 2016. Prior to my employment at AMA I was a rotational Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent, for Structure Tone in Manhattan. I worked through midtown on interior renovations of office spaces, as well as, "Saturday Night Live The Exhibition". In college I was the president of Habitat for Humanity, as well as, a founding member of a local leadership fraternity know has Delta Psi Nu.
Responsible for developing schedules, coordination of trades, designers, clients, project billing, change orders, shop drawing and submittal review, and RFI development, as well as, all startup and sign off documentation.
I was the Head Superintendent leading the Boiler Room Upgrade at the Chelsea Market. My responsibilities ranged from schedule work, reviewing submittals, and coordinating trades, to tracking changes, writing RFI's, and coordinating meetings with the design team and owner.
I completed field rotation while working at Structure Tone as an Assistant Superintendent. Toward the end of my time with the company I was given smaller projects to run on my own.
