Gave Architecture another shot, back to University at the age of 40, Office, Hotel & Residential projects in several Southern African countries. Economic meltdown in Zimbabwe, fled to Dubai, project architect, Revit/BIM initiator & associate at GAJ. Blogger, advocate of the "BIM pencil" = using BIM tools and processes in fluid, off-label ways. Project Soane, Project Notre Dame and beyond. Retired in 2026 and moved back to UK after 45 years.
