JCPenny's requires that one is flexible, and can 'wear many hats' when working at the store. I was a cashier, and had to handle and organize money, while dealing with any possible past billing issues. I also arranged and coordinated the stockrooms in multiple departments, leading to a much easier item retrieval system. I helped maintain the display of the floor items, and assisted in 'special-projects' carried out by store managers. I also interacted with our customers on a daily basis, and provided the necessary services that were asked of me.
I served as a member apart of a small team of 3-10 people. I setup, operated, and transported equipment throughout the greater Houston area. In my time, I learned to resolve customer questions and/or complaints, and I helped train/supervise new employees.
