Duties included design review, assessment of project proposals, review of work & testing plans, M&E lead for Challenge Sessions on project design & critical change over work plans. Management of the Hewlett Packard office amalgamation projects in Auckland & Wellington. Including fit out & construction work, staff relocation, reporting & communication to senior management, critical space installation, management of suppliers and consulatants.
