Since 2019, I’ve served at KPMG within Federal Technology Assurance, helping federal clients navigate the high-stakes world of IT risk and compliance. My background in Big 4 advisory has given me a front-row seat to the most complex digital transformations in the public sector. I am now leveraging this experience from my work with enterprise risk management and IT governance/oversight within the federal sector to look for new opportunities.
• Present summer-long project integrating a platform for employees to submit feedback and growth opportunities using VBA and Excel to Technology Services sector president • Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and/or services. • Prepare bid packages, conducts bidders’ conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. • Negotiate and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. • Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures • Manage and modify important legal documents on company SharePoint site
• Create complex macros and GUIs to shorten and simplify workflow of daily PMO operations • Manage large scale tracker database to inform upper management on recruiting efforts • Analyze trends daily and create comprehensive breakdowns and reports involving hundreds of data points • Present new information and progress reports to senior management daily • Identify and communicate concerns and issues to program management with proposed solutions • Provide support for the recruiting and onboarding of new investigators through interviewing candidates and scheduling appointments • Led a large scale project to advance 134 candidates from a retired database to a new system
• Handle various receptionist/secretarial duties – answering phones, scheduling appointments via History Form • Master filing patients’ charts to designated filing cabinet to maintain organization • Responsible for updating the office system dealing with patient history • Manage copying, faxing, shipping, printing, and filing needed • Work closely with office manager and complete tasks in timely manner
