Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and refine the curriculum to reflect current operational needs, evolving threats, and modern techniques. Ensure the curriculum incorporates both practical and theoretical components, emphasizing real-world application. 3. Training Delivery: Conduct and oversee training courses, including classroom instruction, field training, and simulated survival environments. Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises in survival tactics, evasion techniques, resistance to interrogation, and escape strategies. 4. Safety and Risk Management: Oversee the safety and well-being of trainees during the execution of all training events. Ensure all training exercises adhere to risk management protocols and maintain a safe environment for participants. 5. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate trainees’ performance throughout the training, providing constructive feedback and assessments. Track and report on the progress of trainees, ensuring they meet the standards for graduation or further development. 6. Liaison and Coordination: Coordinate with higher command, other training units, and relevant agencies to ensure alignment with operational and training objectives. Maintain relationships with external organizations and other military branches to enhance training effectiveness. 7. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of training schedules, participant progress, and equipment inventories.
