• Successively started 2 tyre repair centers and a warehouse that employ 6 people and continue operation. • Came up with and implemented the idea of storing the clients’ tyres between the seasonal changes for a small charge.
• Rented, repaired and equipped with proper covering, lighting and changing rooms a football pitch. • After the participation in a conference in Venice implemented the innovative PPP (Public-Private Partnership) scheme that combined free/privileged (before 18 p.m.) for the disabled and paid (18 p.m.- 1 a.m.) use of the pitch. • Co-organized numerous sporting (including charitable) tournaments among them Donetsk Cup of 40 teams in 3 Leagues.
• Analyzed the clients’ financial background, assessed the risks to make decisions on issuing loans. • Started the sub-branch from scratch: location, equipment, documentation agreement, client base, staff training. • Supervised the installation of unique terminals in 3 regions with population of over 8 million (the only in Ukraine that accepted the American Express cards) that increased Bank’s presence in the regions.

Contributed to switching over to European standards by contacting over 150 clients and renewing their agreements.
