I was running two lines of machines with 6/7 people on each line I’d have to make sure the machines was running changing the films, changing products and doing tests to maintain the correct procedure’s, whilst doing this id have to watch my team on each line and make sure everything they was doing was correct and everything was moving smoothly and efficiently, felt more like a team leader than skilled operator.
