- Acquisition Integration: Legacy Motif operations team, systems and processes into Organigram Global Inc. including realization of operational synergies. - Strategic Projects: Oversight of Hydrocarbon scaling project (4x) and support setup of regional distribution centre. - Digital Transformation: PM of ERP Migration with external vendor and internal SMEs across 5 manufacturing sites and corporate office (Dynamics 365 F&O). - Organizational Design & Capability Development: Multiple individual and reporting structure changes in parallel with implementation of daily cadence meetings to drive visibility, accountability and focus on KPI adherence, leading to improved systems, operating standards and overall skillset of the team. - Operational Excellence: Development of a continuous improvement culture supported by data analytics and enhanced problem solving capabilities.
