- Delivery of Russian Arctic regional exploration program and basin access decisions. - Integration of exploration best practices with BP/ Rosneft Sakhalin JV processes to deliver high quality prospect inventory and drilling opportunities - Successfully led and delivered company exit from the Sakhalin exploration project saving ~$100mm on commitment costs with no damage to Rosneft relationship - Successfully led and delivered company analysis of the South Kara Sea exploration project leading to BP-Rosneft alliance agreement signed in January 2011
