I am energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about my trade. I have been given a great opportunity to work with some of the best techs and leadership in the nation. As a manager my main objective is to continue to build relationships with customers and employees. I have a very strong belief that a happy work environment will always be efficient and productive. I want to be able to work with a company that allows me to lead my employees and develop them into better employees.
Over seeing day to day operations of the service department and body shop. I focus a lot of employee and customer relationships in building them. Over seeing service writing, estimate writing, and billing. Constant communication between service writers, techs, and customers.
