I placed calls to solicit donationsfor charitable organizations. When the validation department became overburdened, I validated donation pledges for accurate mailing information, the pledge level, and intent. I diffused volatile donor situatuions calmly and curtiously and managed high call volumes with tact and professionalism. I suggesting operations improvements to improve overall call center ptoductivity and service capacity, improved center functionality by resolving complaints quickly and efficiently, and took a validation position when the department required additional manpower to operate. I created and maintained preventative mainteance schedules for equipment and machinery.Daily responsabiliites included; machinery blade sharpening, conveyor and machinery lubricatioin, sanitation, light bulb replacement, painting and grounds keeping, cleaning and organizing the shop area, and all inclusive general upkeep of the facility. I completed many projects independently, which included design and fabrication, ordering along with purchasing and pick-up with delivery and installation (with supervisory approval). I completed many structural repairs including door and frame repair, concrete repair, basic demolition, replacement of conveyor rollers and bearings.
