Brokers often explain the working of the stock market to their clients and understand their financial abilities and needs before suggesting the right investment portfolio. He transacts on behalf of the client and informs the client of the same. A stockbroker has to take decisions very quickly and handle a lot of pressure. Good mathematical and IT skills are required along with good judgment of risks. A stockbroker has to monitor the performance of investments and work on improving it.
