I have extensive knowledge and experience of gift cards, gained over the past 20 years in the industry. My expertise ranges from consultancy services and programme implementation for clients in retail, leisure and hospitality. I am also an expert in providing gift card solutions and services for businesses and agencies who want to capitalise on the power of gift cards to deliver their commercial goals. My current role as IMA Europe President and former role as the Director General of the UK Gift Card and Voucher Association have enabled me to strengthen my knowledge and experience, as well as develop a strong global network of industry partnerships. It is a real honour to represent the industry with some great media experiences and opportunities to work with legislators and the government.
