Andrew has more than 18 years of experience as a corporate lawyer. Prior to joining Eng and Co. LLC, Andrew worked in the cross-border M&A practice of a Magic Circle law firm in Singapore. Andrew advises on a wide range of M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and divestments in an array of jurisdictions throughout Asia. He has considerable experience advising companies who are seeking to establish their presence in Asia, and advising clients on corporate/commercial matters, regulatory matters, securities law, and foreign investment issues.
