I have gained a wealth of commercial building, property maintenance, and commercial building refurbishment experience, in diverse sectors such as railways maintenance, to the incredibly controlled work required in refurbishing pharmaceutical facilities without disturbing the 'live' production environment. Most recently managing to ride the roller coaster of recent economic climes and its effect on the building and construction markets has proven challenging... However looking forward the outlook is somewhat brighter, not that the economy is looking any more healthy, more so that our early adoption of 'belt tightening' has worked, and without wishing to push my luck could consider using the 'growth' word again in future forecasting. These element including, quantity surveying, estimation, labour and plant management, and full profit and loss responsibility. Projects value between £10 - 500K.
