I’m Andrew, and I’ve been working in logistics and customer service for the past few years, where I’ve built strong problem-solving and communication skills. Before that, I studied business and gained experience coordinating operations for local companies. Now, I’m looking to bring my organizational skills into a role where I can contribute to a team and grow with the company. My intent is to provide authentic communication. Dedicated to accurately telling their stories through branding, graphic communication and web development. I currently work for WFS at SMF Sacramento International Airport, as a Ramp Agent. My passion for the creative process comes into form through UI/UX, content management, graphic design, illustration, photography & typography. I have been a freelance designer since 2008, my unique collection of skills offer an abundance of services & knowledge to any one project. I strive not only to contribute thoughtful well-developed design, to Sacramento communities—but also return to them through volunteer work and active community engagement. This job was a hybrid inbound/outbound cold calling/Customer Service Support position, to produce leads for a senior Sales Representative to close Commercial/Residential Permit Bids. While also performing standard office customer service task’s and roles.
Required four week training (FAA rules & regulations, Airport rules & regulations as well as WFS), passed Federal background check, & drug screening. Performed required duties: LMS modules for ongoing training, unload/load ULDs, carts, trailers, & Air craft, use of hand held scanners for packages, package handling, as well as end of shift cleaning. Overnight position 830pm-5am.
Position entailed retail customer service/support, cashier duties, curbside pick up’s, online orders, returning items/clothing to proper departments.
