I have spent 23 years developing software in England, Australia and Canada, with the last 10 years in leadership and management roles . I have conducted hands on training trips in China, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam with art partners. I am constantly looking to not only increase my artistic sensitivity, but also develop better pipeline and workflow practices. I understand trust in any project must be earned, and I strive to not only earn that trust, but to allow others to learn from my experience. Drove the Art, Tech Art and part of Engineering through a complete migration of UFC5 to a new engine and shipping within a 2 year timeframe Enacted a successful plan to aggressively ramp up External Partners. Drove multiple departments to successful deliverables targets
Overseeing the external impacts in Biz Dev, financial budgets and schedules of 4 in house projects. Offering production support and workflow solutions to clear bottlenecks when needed. Reporting to Studio head and global EA offices on risk management of our Co-Dev and Ex-Dev relationships
Managing and directing outsourcing and external development resources on the environment team. - Act as a point of contact for other departments requests and deliverables from the environment department across the project. - Art Direction and approve submissions - Using Jira and Excel, I partner with producers to track performance, maintain roadmaps, capacity KPIs/Audits and art approvals. - Conduct onsite visits to our Vendors in Asia for training on our integrated pipeline and art creation process. - Scouting trips for potential new vendors for the Environment Department. - Create and maintain documentation on content creation process and workflows
