I started working at McDonald's as a crew member, where I gained solid experience in various positions within the restaurant. Thanks to my dedication and mastery of procedures, I was promoted to trainer. In this role, I was responsible for training new employees on the restaurant's methods and standards, ensuring quality and service efficiency.
Every year, in two 18-week recruit schools, around 800 officers and soldiers are trained to become grenadiers or military police security soldiers, as well as infantry security soldiers. At section, company and battalion level, they acquire the multi-skilled ability to meet the ever more complex and demanding security challenges and make a significant contribution to our country's security.
I worked at Migros, where I actively contributed to the store's remodeling and reorganization, helping optimize the layout of the spaces. At the same time, I handled tasks at the checkout and ensured the regular restocking of shelves to provide a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
