Experience in BRC/ISO 45001 & 14001 and retailer audits, all BRC AA*. Supplied all major retailers, food service and B2C. Annual t/o up to £400m over 5 sites. I have worked in low risk and high care businesses with complex components and high staff numbers. My recent work history is in a heavily invested paperless automated factory. I use my team's expertise to exceed expectations through a balanced leadership style of soft and hard skills. The key is to lead by example, be visible, not afraid to challenge or be challenged. I've helped improve business and personnel performance throughout my career. I am great believer in working for the staff to remove obstacles.
