Reporting directly to the CEO I led the rapid cultural and organisational changes that supported the current double digit growth pattern. Re-structured the senior leadership and management teams increasing our capability to deliver growth, built an exciting employment proposition to improve the recruitment and retention of talent and fundamentally changed reward across the group to re-focus and align our people.
