Director of Finance at Autism Anglia - supporting children and adults with autism. Prior to joining Autism Anglia, Andrew was Head of Finance at Mid and North Essex Mind and Kids Inspire. Andrew also spent 3 years as a Director of The Power of Nutrition, responsible for building relationships with and major investments from FTSE 100 corporates for multi million $ projects in Sub Saharan Africa and Asia. Andrew is an expert in Finance & Performance Management and Business Performance Improvement - he has worked on over 70 projects for over 40 FTSE 100 and equivalent clients across a range of industries including Retail, FMCG, Energy, Manufacturing, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Telecoms and Financial Services. Projects that Andrew has led include Finance strategy, Shared Services, Outsourcing, Management Information, Budgeting and Planning, Customer and Product Profitability, Systems Implementation, Cost Reduction, Process Improvement/Re-design (Cross business). Prior to working independently, Andrew led the CFO Advisory team at Kurt Salmon where he spent c.10 years as a Partner, focused on managing client relationships, scoping and directing projects. Prior to joining Kurt Salmon, Andrew held senior roles with Deloitte and E&Y following a 15 year period in senior Finance and business improvement roles in industry.
