I entered the event industry knowingly that I have a very people-person mentality and love to see the end result of a perfectly executed scenario. I did my internship with a production house and a video producer then going into working full time in an event company close to 5 years before taking a step to start an event company with a couple of partners. I started this company back in 2018 with a self driven attitude to see where I can continue to expand my knowledge in the industry with a bigger and more responsible role as a director. Learning various way for business development and innovation, ways to help and manage employees, the different aspects of HR/Admin/Finance within the company, risk management and importantly breaking through my outer shell for self improvement. I have a strong desire to keep wanting to learn and improve myself, as even technology is always growing, impacting and innovating the future. At this point where I am still learning and able to learn, I am looking forward to enter the corporate world to further expand my knowledge and learning new skills from established companies to further develop myself. I have the passion for any aspect which includes communication, client/customer relation, training, human resources, marketing and talent management. Outside of work, I help friends or people who are wanting to start a business. Helping them see potentials, pointing out the possible flaws or risk taken, given pointers on areas which they need to look into, advising them various ways to counter problems and issues. I would love to see myself leading a team or managing a huge company in the future. Bringing innovation and contribute to the ever growing industry is top of my list. For my own improvement now and short term goal, pursuing an MBA would be ideal for what is to come. Add on roles after being promoted from an Event Executive to a Senior Executive. - Training of new recruits and guiding them to meet the expectations of our clients. - Recruiting new and potential people to join our team. - Managing the event executive team and delegating enquiries received. - Oversee and advise aspects of proper client management and event execution.
- Account and relation management with clients and or potential clients. - Handling multiple enquiries and planning of events to suit clients expectations and concerns. - Planning a thorough proposal which includes creativity in design, setup, and talents as every event has to show uniqueness and different. - Pitching the idea and plans of execution which includes proper time management of setup and event agenda. - Problem solving during pre event and during events as problems may occur or sudden change needed to be made. - Handling multiple aspects from IT to people management during events and training.

- Main director of photography and video editor. - Remake and reshoot the organization's history and introduction video. - Shoot and archive all events organized by the organization. - Day-by-day shooting and editing of video to be broadcast during event - Direct, teach and guide youths in effective videographing.
