My line of work can be described as the pinnacle of irony; change, as it's the only constant anywhere. I find utmost satisfaction in driving and leading human-centric transformation initiatives for organizations. To date, I have led and participated in transformation initiatives in areas involving various technology platforms, re-engineering business processes and workforce for various organizations of different industries and backgrounds i.e. mining, oil and gas. Whilst my background i.e tertiary education was predominantly IT, organisational change management is my thing as I find people more interesting then interacting with thingamajigs with abbreviations made up of 4 letters or less e.g. CPU, ERP, AD, RAM.
