With over a decade of experience in pastoral leadership, I’ve developed strong skills in public speaking, organisational management, conflict resolution, team building, and strategic visioning. My work has always centered on serving others, creating safe and supportive spaces, and championing dignity and hope in times of need. Today, as CEO of Taff Ely Foodbank, I lead a committed team focused on tackling food poverty, advocating for systemic change, and delivering community-driven solutions. My role requires agility, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, volunteer coordination, and a deep understanding of both human need and logistical operations. I believe in leading with integrity, listening before speaking, and using every opportunity to create meaningful impact. Whether it’s the pulpit or the boardroom, my mission remains the same: to serve, to uplift, and to lead with heart.
