About

I have been teaching Computer Science at secondary schools in the East of England for 15 years. Alongside this I am a postgraduate researcher with a particular interest in identity, belongingness and diversity within Computer Science education. I have spent the last decade building and refining CodePuppy.org; an online platform designed to flatten the programming learning curve and promote greater enjoyment and engagement in Computer Science, Computational Thinking and Algorithm Design. CodePuppy is a tool; a learning aid, and until recently was something I used only with my own classes. Now I'm looking to spread awareness and encourage other CS teaching specialists to give it a try in their own classrooms. Please do reach out if you'd like to know more.
