I love expressing my creativity through unique outlets and opening myself up to new opportunities; as I did while living in China in 2018. Teaching children from another culture was a rewarding experience! Working with the Walt Disney Company as a performer allowed me the chance to interact with people from all over the world and serving with luxury brands such as the Four Seasons helped me polish my customer service skills. I am enthusiastic about my work. While teaching students in China, I approached each lesson excited and ready to have fun. The parents appreciated this approach and this led to top-tier satisfaction scores. Customer service is important to me because interpersonal connections make the difference between products. During my time with JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton, my desire to provide world class hospitality and creatively resolve issues contributed to guest loyalty and positive letters from guests. My favorite part about going to work is surrounding myself with excellent people. I am team-oriented and enjoy helping others. As a Disney English Ambassador, I was selected to assist new hires as they transitioned to life and work in China. At the JW Marriott Front Desk, I trained ten new associates and enjoyed setting them up for success in their role. My degree in Communication, diverse work experiences in customer-service, ability to embrace new experiences, and enjoyment interacting with others has allowed me to make connections with people from different backgrounds. I am always seeking opportunities that will allow me to interact with others and leave a positive impact on their lives.
