    I am responsible for the management of all safety systems including Risk Assessment, COSHH assessment, training, CI and the wellbeing of 150 operators across 3 different sites. The role is a hands-on role and involves being on the shop floor, finding out the issues the operators face and helping to put solutions in for those issues. In the time I have been in the role I have made over 160 process and safety changes on the site, from lifting devices to reduce manual handling through to lift plans for cranes

I use systems such as Kaizan and Kanban to help me manage these areas and do a lot of 5S activities to drive continuous improvement on the site, We have a current turnover of approx 1.9 million pounds per month and are growing steadily
