Revolutionized recruiting through the power of artificial intelligence. Managed the core Conversational Scheduling product line. Automated the scheduling process for recruiters around the world, including roughly 5-10% of interviews scheduled annually in the US, to reduce the time to schedule by an average of 75%. Transformed the product from an incredibly successful startup to a scalable, global model. Crafted product requirements and coordinated with clients, designers, engineers, and leadership. This program was designed to develop Technical Product Managers through experience on three different teams. After completion, I have a much better understanding of the technical foundations of our platform and of the problems we can solve for our clients. Owned the development of new features for our platform through the entire product lifecycle. Diagnosed and reproduced potential software issues. Coordinated with Engineering and client-facing teams to drive product fixes and testing. Focused largely on creating longterm solutions through clearer, more usable documentation for our Automated Scheduling product. Developed new processes for closing the loop and helping PMs gain insights into points of confusion
Led a team of 50 members and performed any task necessary for the clubs success. Responsibilities included organizing recruitment, making important decisions regarding the direction of the club, coordinating with Penn's administration and outside groups, and leading the board. Improved first year retention from 25% to 70% by making the club run more effectively and improving the culture.

IT Support Expert servicing students across the upperclassmen dorms. This includes fixing issues from inability to access Penn InTouch to activating ethernet ports in the dorm rooms. Also manage the laptop loaner program for students who have damaged their computers and need a temporary replacement.
