Oversaw purchasing of $500M annually of Beef & Imported Meats (including small stock) for all domestic and international business firm . Have traveled extensively to visit all domestic beef plants as well as internationally for both Beef and small stock , including Australia, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Mexico, Costa Rica and Nicaragua, Also travel both domestically and internationally to help foster growth in key accounts.
Boxed Beef sales for IBP throughout the Southeastern region of the U.S. Handled food service, retail and processor accounts. Grew account base to 2M lbs per week.
