Actively raising capital for Lankin Investment’s Wealth Management Division, developing and managing investor relationships for long term wealth preservation and portfolio growth. Proven track record of raising capital through retail channels, with deep relationships across high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals. Optimizing and supporting the Wealth Management Division’s robust sales funnel. Delivering compelling presentations and attending investor networking events, being the face of the Wealth Management Division and capturing new capital sources. Working closely with the firm’s leadership, marketing and investment teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and strategic objectives. Keeping up to date with industry trends and investor preferences to effectively position investment products within the market.
Led the successful capital raise of $75+ million across three private real estate development funds. Managed investor relations, being a point of contact for all fund-related inquiries. Managed and built external sales relationships including Exempt Market Dealer partners. Developed and communicated key corporate messaging such as investment proposition, strategic initiatives, and vision. Managed internal CRM, building and maintaining list of current and prospective investment opportunities, including the build-out of supportive analytics to provide intelligence and continually improve overall marketing spend. Provided an integral role in the monthly/quarterly communications to current and prospective investors, and contribute to the development of Investor Relations communication materials. Coordinated between internal Fund Accounting/Operations Team and external partners to ensure smooth execution of Fund Closings, Regulatory Filings and Year-end tax reporting.
Working with the Partners of the firm and leadership across all areas of the business, designing and implementing marketing and communications strategies that are aligned with the firm’s strategic goals. Develop internal communications and enhance the public image of the firm’s brand. Develop content and articulate the firm’s brand image and positioning, achievements, and relevant project updates. Supporting and overseeing video content creation, webinars and photography. Develop PowerPoint materials and content to support internal and external presentations. Manage media relations and sponsorships, including identifying opportunities, storytelling in local and regional media. Consistently updating corporate and project websites. Manage the firm’s corporate social media accounts. Create and implement a cost effective digital advertising plan which will target specific groups. Solicit both equity and mortgage trust investors for the firm’s various investment platforms as an exempt market dealing (EMD) representative.
