    Shark Tank eSchool (STeS) is an educational program designed to immerse young people in the development of an entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinking. The STeS program is a project-based learning program where students work through an entrepreneurial process including identifying existing problems (or anticipated future challenges), generate a solution (in the form of a product, service, or user experience), design and test a prototype, build a business model, and pitch the idea in venture showcase events. It has been designed to run over the duration of one semester and consists of eight modules, which represent an entrepreneurial activity road-map. The knowledge, skill, and application activities within the STe program incorporates the general capabilities of the Australian Curriculum and core skills of creativity, innovation, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork and communication which are critical for developing our entrepreneurial leaders of tomorrow. Since our inception in SA in January 2019, the Shark Tank eSchool program is now a nationwide entrepreneurial program represented in SA, WA, QLD, VIC, NSW and NT. Over 6,000 senior secondary school students have participated in the program to date. The program is delivered following a train-the-teacher model, whereby teachers undergo two days of training to become certified to teach the course. This is a once-off training and teachers are taken through key areas in the program. Teachers are fully supported by MIELab throughout the duration of the facilitation and learning process. Upon completion of the teacher training, teachers receive all of the module plans, resources, assessment documents, and rubrics as well as one conditional post-graduate course credit from the University of Adelaide in a Masters degree. To date, more than 180 teachers have undergone Shark Tank eSchool teacher training.
