Developed, planned, executed Unit Effectiveness Inspections (UEIs) for 3 Numbered Air Forces, 13 Wings and 46,000 Airmen across Pacific Air Forces. Led 3-maninspection team; primary planner, evaluator, expert for flying unit inspections; provided feedback to Operations Group leaders. Commanded Air Mobility Command's only forward-deployed C-17A combat airlift squadron at 2 geographically-separated locations. As Squadron Commander, led over 157 deployed C-17 aircrew and support personnel to execute missions in the Middle East. As Chief Pilot, led operations, scheduling, combat training and safety of 80 pilots, ensured compliance w/Air Force, Air Mobility Command and US Central Command requirements.
