Leading the Next Generation Product Engineering team, responsible for the introduction of Next Generation Products from concept validation and process qualification through to high volume mass production. To drive Next Generation Product manufacturing and process capabilities to support Imperial Brands' Innovation Pipeline, including product and process development and optimisation.
