In my role as Design Director, I devise and deploy robust strategies to enhance existing business to offer exceptional interior design and project management services for both hospitality and residential clients. Additionally, I administer end-to-end activities involved in project management, including briefing and planning, overseeing from conception to completion, FF&E specifying and procurement, and concept design as well as technical drawing packages through to cost management. My natural attention to detail and ability to technically convey all requirements to industry standards has ensured I consistently deliver on all aspects of my projects. In this role, I structured and established commercial artwork and decor business from inception to leading supplier within hospitality industry. I also headed all aspects of business management, such as staff management, human resource facets, accounting and cash flow, marketing and business development, design, and production. Moreover, I cultivated and nurtured relationships with suppliers and print houses to ensure seamless delivery of material, leading towards timely completion of design projects.
