As Senior Client Trainer now, I educate teams on all facets and variations of PracticeMatch and its affiliate proprietary physician recruitment software programs. This is accomplished through my development of live webinars, virtual phone training sessions and onsite workshops on location, and all documented material. I assist in the creation and development of PracticeMatch’s e-learning certification program. I schedule and delegate projects to the rest of the training team, as well as provide continuous training and support internally for the company’s new hires and sister companies.
