Key management and development strategies paired with innate technological skills." My long name is Andrew, but everyone calls me Andy. I find joy in the outdoors, my dogs, and being productive. My passion is client training and any sort of project management. I am currently a Client Trainer at PracticeMatch. My true purpose is to make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential. As Senior Client Trainer now, I educate teams on all facets and variations of PracticeMatch and its affiliate proprietary physician recruitment software programs. This is accomplished through my development of live webinars, virtual phone training sessions and onsite workshops on location, and all documented material. I assist in the creation and development of PracticeMatch’s e-learning certification program. I schedule and delegate projects to the rest of the training team, as well as provide continuous training and support internally for the company’s new hires and sister companies. I enjoy working hand in hand with all departments in helping the organization deliver outstanding customer support and assist in developing customer relationships from the very beginning.
· Customer and technical support, inbound and outbound calls related to alarm systems, Interdepartmental communications within many organizations such as police, fire, emergency services, Rapid and direct decisions regarding proper authorization and support related to alarm systems, Utilizing quick thinking, reliability, expert knowledge hand in hand with customer care.
· Responsible for instructing and operating adventure programs in outside environments while providing leadership, mentoring, and support for Girl scouts of America. Programs include facilitating zip lining, rappelling, rock climbing, archery, tomahawk throwing, and team building.
