• Worked as part of a small team in an agile environment to support and maintain existing codebase for an ecommerce company with upwards of 1000 individual merchants and create new, innovative solutions on the request of the wider team and/or customers. • Planned and constructed new features as week/month-long sprints working with senior developers to deliver exciting and cutting-edge solutions within strict timeframes for previously untouched problems within the industry. • Planned and crafted unique, bespoke in-circuit test fixtures from scratch when provided with limited resources from customers. This included designing initial software and any required functional testing hardware and detailing how the fixture should be constructed for the hardware design team. • Instructed and advised the hardware design and hardware production teams in how best to construct the fixtures to ensure products built are of the highest quality and match up with customer specifications. • Liaised and held meetings with customers and team members from various countries including China, Mexico, and Romania to plan projects and provided updates on how current projects are progressing. • Debugged and troubleshot final test fixture software and hardware issues to ensure the final product was completed to a high standard and suitable to be shipped to customers. This included appropriately testing all components on a circuit board using specialist hardware and software, writing scripts to program microcontrollers and verify they have successfully been programmed, and testing all required additional mechanical and electronic components and fixing them if they are not working correctly. • Travelled to customer sites across the UK to perform product demonstrations and installations and provided personal support on existing fixtures and projects both in person and over TeamViewer/over the phone.
