    From my past experience of working in Firmenich(now dsm-Firmenich), I decided to turn my passion in dairy into a reality. The laboratory set up to produce different yogurt variation, instead of focusing on playing with flavours which is the norm of the industry, we decided to play with the mouthfeel, texture and functional ingredients. We currently produce a high protein content yogurt ; GOOD-DAY Greek yogurt, which has a protein content of 22-23g per 250g, and we have many plans to come up with various prototypes! All of our ingredients are locally sourced and clean labelled!
