• Providing technical support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, security cameras, access controls, turnstiles and time clocks, Windows AD servers, and general peripherals; • Supporting employees with new systems and equipment, and training them to use available resources to ensure smooth workflow; • Performing hardware maintenance by identifying the root cause of issues to clean components and replace malfunctioning parts; • Conducting functional tests and monitoring the performance of equipment and systems; • Handling help desk support via phone or chat, logging service requests, and assisting employees with everyday issues such as email configuration, printers, IP telephony, computers, and peripheral replacements; • Managing user access permissions for company systems, emails, and third-party websites, restricting usage of certain resources and sites to preserve the security of client and company information; • Creating telecommunications infrastructure and closed-circuit surveillance systems, configuring and maintaining networks, and performing regular maintenance to keep equipment and systems operating efficiently. • Responsible for the final artwork of graphic images, adjusting the files according to the specifications described in the briefing before being submitted for posting on Blackboard and online materials; • Creation and adaptation of corporate visual identities based on the cohesion between elements such as logos, banners, information, images, and texts previously defined by the company; • Image editing using editing tools, modifying aspects such as color, lighting, shadows, and saturation; • Designing artwork for social media promotion, arranging visual communication elements in a harmonious and clear manner; • Layout design of content to be used in the university’s online courses (EAD), as well as text proofreading and production of illustrative images.
