Select achievements: • Led the expansion of BMGF’s team in Africa, doubling its staff and recruiting all leadership roles across the continent (offices in South Africa, Nigeria, and Ethiopia). • Executed recruitments directly, as well as managing external search-firm partners and outsourced sourcing partners.
Led recruitments across BMGF’s international programmatic areas (including FinTech, agriculture, immunization, drug/vaccine development, maternal/child health, gender equality, among others), supporting operations in the US, Europe, Africa and India. • Coached and mentored BMGF’s first India-based recruiter. • Supervised and mentored 2 Associate Recruiters through a period of organizational transition. • Coached and mentored BMGF’s first India-based recruiter. • Supervised and mentored 2 Associate Recruiters through a period of organizational transition.
