• To develop innovative food products applying scientific knowledge and new technologies for foods processing. • To give technical support to 11 dairy production plants, applying design of experiments, project planning and engineering principles to optimize the production processes. • I designed and implemented a formulation tool to minimize the formulation costs of dairy products, achieving 25% of savings and reducing formulation time on 50%. • I designed and implemented a new industrial process for recombined milk, replacing one of the production process stage and reducing the operational costs by 15%.
