Analysis of technical procedures.
My main task was the management of the fleet (PSV + MPSV + Crew Boats) from the technical point of view, management of two technical base in West Africa (Angola and Gabon). Implementation of the technical QMS to fulfill the requirement of the Clients and Classification Society. In charge of Supply Chain department composed of two buyers and a logistics specialist.
As Deputy Technical Manager I contributed with budget development, I was in charge of Technical Superintendents pool, I was following and helping to perform the internal and external audits (achievement of 97%). I was the link between the operations and technical departments.
I was located in China and in charge of group new building department. During this period there were over 20 vessels and 4 different project under development. My task was to ensure the delivery of the vessels according date requested by the different Ship Managers, according the budget and the vessels'specification.
