Leading Trafilea's global fulfillment and last-mile operations across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and Saudi Arabia. Managing a 50M+ USD logistics budget and reporting to the C-level, with end-to-end ownership of how product reaches the customer across every sales channel. Omnichannel scope: running B2C distribution alongside a growing B2B business with U.S. wholesalers such as Walmart and Kohl's, making sure each retailer's operational requirements are met while the channel scales. Leading the logistics behind the launch of our physical retail stores, including their replenishment from the fulfillment network. Marketplaces: managing Amazon and TikTok logistics end to end, expanding and scaling both businesses. 3PL network: negotiated new contracts with 3PL partners and led their go-lives, from onboarding to ramp-up, increasing capacity and coverage across the network. Last mile: accountable for the entire global last-mile operation. Optimizing routes and costs node by node to balance speed and cost, delivering 95% of orders in under 3 business days. Cost and margin: managing logistics COGS and leading the savings program across the network to keep growth healthy and scalable.

Member of the team responsible for the Go Live of the first Fulfillment Center in Argentina and with the first own operation in Latin America. Regional SME for WMS design in LATAM fulfillment centers, focused on Inventory Management Control processes. Responsible for the storage management (over 70k m2 of warehouse with 3MM items, 200k SKUs and 200MM USD stock value) As Head of Inventory area I supervised 130 inventory control personnel to support correct goods management and achievement of performance goals. Reached and maintained an IRA of 99.8% with less than 0.01% shrinkage YTD.
