Lawyer registered to Rwanda and Cameroon Bars, with +7 years of experience in the Legal Practice, I have developed a strong expertise in various fields of business law, such as corporate law, project finance, contract law, energy law, social law and public procurement law. I have advised and represented clients in various sectors, such as energy, commercial, corporate, project finance and insolvency, in both litigation and non-litigation matters. I have worked for many leading law firms in Cameroon and Rwanda, beside/with a team of experienced lawyers on complex and challenging cases. I am passionate about business law in general, but especially about project finance, energy law, banking law, infrastructure law, insolvency law, social law, and alternative dispute resolution methods, such as arbitration. I am holder of a Master’s degree in business law with specialization in international transportation law. I am also holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development. Lately, I obtained my University Degree in Insolvency Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. I am fluent in English and French, and I have completed multiple certifications in legal topics, such as freedom of expression and the security of journalists, and the McKinsey Forward Program.
