At Avon, I was appointed as the procurement manager for Korres, a startup launched within Avon LATAM, where I built the full indirect P2P framework for a ~USD 30M spend portfolio covering Capex, Media & Marketing, and Celebrity contracts. Leveraging SAP Ariba Buying and Ariba Contracts, I segmented spend by purchase nature, implemented P cards for tail spend, and enforced a no-PO no-pay discipline in partnership with Finance, achieving 90%+ PO coverage within 12 months.
