- Supervises daily admissions operations, including online, phone, and on-site ticket sales. - Oversees Visitor Experience Associates, ensures ample floor coverage, and manages break times as necessary. - Handles museum patron queries, concerns, and complaints and resolves them in a timely and professional manner. - Acts as an interdepartmental liaison making sure the Visitor Experience team is up to date regarding museum events, policies, and procedures. - Monitors and maintains VE assets and equipment. - Creates, develops, and implements training programs for Visitor Experience Associates
